The AAT3620, the industry’s first fully integrated single-cell lithium-ion battery charger, can supply up to 2–A charge-current in a 3 x 3-mm TDFN package. The dual-mode IC provides a switching charger during constant-current (CC) and constant-voltage (CV) modes.
